Candidate Withdrawal and Cancellation of Primary Election

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that John W. Niles, a declared candidate for the office of Mayor for Delta City, has officially withdrawn his candidacy.  As a result of this withdrawal, the number of candidates does not exceed twice the number of open positions, and therefore, a Primary Election will not be held.
